General risks and Responsibility
eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) customers are booking active vacations and are aware of and aware of the risks associated with this type of activity. Clients of eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) must use common sense, prudence and diligence during the activity at all times.
eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) does not accept responsibility for the death, illness or injury of clients during our holidays. Risks exempt from liability include, but are not limited to: traffic, accidents, illness, and weather conditions. eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) does not accept responsibility for any claim for damages, expenses or financial losses resulting from the inherent risks.
The client accepts that cycling on public highways carries its own risks and has made its reservation on the basis that it undertakes an active holiday at its own risk. eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) requires the use of bicycle helmets at all times while riding. eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) informs that the use of cycling helmets on public roads is required by law in Spain and is the responsibility of the customer.
Customers will ride their bicycle responsibly at all times. All routes are followed at the customer’s risk and expense and eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) is not responsible for any itinerary changes incurred by any customer arising from an act of negligence or without following the route’s instructions.
eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) understands that clients participate in the vacation without medical conditions that could make the physical activity required in cycling dangerous for them. The preliminary checks, preliminary reviews and health controls are the sole responsibility of the client. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to cycle whatever distance or route they have booked.
Customers also use any transportation provided by eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) at their own risk. eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the tour itinerary. eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) reserves the right to choose hotels or make adjustments to the itinerary. It also reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour due to circumstances beyond the control of eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus).
Customers will not hold eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) responsible for any loss, damage or injury, including death of persons or property, with respect to the use of the bicycle (s) and the equipment used. Customers will be responsible for any damage to equipment provided by eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus). You accept the responsibility to indemnify eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) with respect to any claim, interest, demand or expense with respect to such injury or damage.
eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) is responsible to the clients of the entire organization and of all the tourist services and accommodation offered.
Health Risks
eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) understands that clients participate in the vacation without medical conditions that could make the physical activity required in cycling dangerous for them. The preliminary checks, preliminary reviews and health controls are the sole responsibility of the client.
eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) does not accept any responsibility for any customers failure to complete their holiday.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to cycle whatever distance or course they have booked.
Force Majeure
Force majeure and other circumstances that exclude liability eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) does not accept any responsibility for the refusal, withdrawal or failure of customers to complete their vacation. eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) does not accept responsibility for losses, expenses or damages when the reservation must be modified or canceled, or when we are unable to fulfill our contractual obligations as a result of ‘force majeure’ or similar events.
Force majeure refers to any event that cannot be reasonably anticipated, or that the result could not have been reasonably prevented by eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) or the contracted providers. These events include, but are not limited to, natural or man-made disasters, threats of war, perimeter closures or travel restrictions due to pandemics or epidemics, weather conditions, fires, industrial accidents or strikes, and civil conflicts.
Travel insurance
Adequate and valid travel insurance is mandatory for customers of eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) and it is an indispensable condition for accepting your reservation that you declare that you have obtained adequate and valid travel insurance for your reservation. We recommend that you take out insurance as soon as your reservation is confirmed. We will ask you for proof that you have such insurance before the start of the holiday. The insurance must cover;
cycle touring, mountain biking
accident and rescue cover
health and medical cover
emergency evacuation.
We also recommend insurance for all baggage and cancellation for overseas holidays.

Booking Conditions
Prices
The prices published are in Euros and exclusive of VAT. Generally, any extras or services not detailed on the itinerary are not included. Please contact us if you require verification.
The binding price is EURO. Please check with your bank for exact exchange rates.
A deposit of 50% of the final price is required to confirm the booking and must be paid within a week of submitting the signed reservation form. We will send you a receipt for the deposit, confirmation of your reservation and an invoice for the remainder of the tour.
The tour price is based upon double occupancy and includes the services specified in the itineraries. Prices do not include extra services, meals or optional activities not listed specifically in the itineraries. No entrance fees are included except where explicitly stated in the tour description.
The payment of the deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation on a tour shall constitute consent to all provisions listed under the section “General risks and Responsibility”. These provisions are hereby incorporated by reference in this RESPONSIBILITY notice, and participants are advised to take notice.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Any changes to the vacation must be communicated to eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) in writing. This includes any changes in the composition of the group, any additional services or length of the holidays and extensions.
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. The following charges apply to cancellation of our tours. There is a €50 handling fee for all cancellations.
6 weeks or more before departure – Loss of Deposit
2-5 weeks before departure – 50% of the balance, and the other 50% will remain on account applicable for travel within a calendar year.
1-2 weeks before departure – 100% of the balance
No refunds are possible after the tour begins.
We advise that you ensure that your insurance covers cancellation costs.
eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason. If the tour is canceled, customers will receive a full refund of money paid to eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus).
Transfers
Flights / Arrival to Spain
Flights / Arrival in Spain eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) does not organize flights and customers must make their own arrangements to get to the starting point of each tour.
Transfers in Tour Description
Customers use any transportation provided by eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) at their own risk. Transfers will be provided when indicated on tours at the agreed time in writing prior to the tour (generally to coincide with the arrival of the flight). Customers who choose to extend their tour are responsible for transfers to and from the destination of the extension.
Bicycles
All bicycles and other equipment and materials organized by eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) are the responsibility of the client for the duration of the trip. Any damage or loss of bicycles or equipment is the responsibility of the client. On these self-guided tours, customers are responsible for minor bicycle repairs, for example repairing punctures.
Accommodation
Accommodation is based on double shared rooms. On most tours there is a single supplement for customers wishing to stay in their own room. This is solely to cover the extra cost of the single room. We will try to satisfy all room preferences. We reserve the right to substitute hotels listed in the itinerary with comparable services if necessary. However, on occasion a customer requesting a double room may be provided with a twin room.
Luggage
Please note that your luggage is your responsibility. We cannot take any responsibility for loss, damage or accident which involves property. Please ensure that your travel insurance covers this.
Meals
Breakfast will be provided each day. Please notify us in advance if you have any specific dietary requirements.
Complaints
eBike Aracena (Beatrice Carnus) always aims to provide high quality vacations, with the customer experience being paramount. We appreciate reporting any issues that may arise during or after the holidays.
The above conditions and terms of contract and all matters arising therefrom are subject to Spanish Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
